Switching / Porting

Keep the number. Move the system on a weekday you pick.

Porting is ordinary paperwork plus a scheduled cutover. We do not guarantee a date or a duration.

1

Send the losing-carrier details

A recent bill, the account number, and the port PIN.

2

Test on a temporary number

We set up your system on a temporary number and test it with you before anything moves.

3

The number moves on a scheduled weekday

Your existing number ports on the day we schedule. Typical U.S. port timelines are several business days and depend on the losing carrier.

What this is not

This page is not a promise that a port will complete on a given morning, or that every carrier will release a number on the first try. If the losing carrier rejects the order, we will tell you what they asked for and try again.
